We were excited to undertake the interior design and decorating of this farmstay. Located in the Scenic Rim the landscape is dramatic and the property is surrounded by mountains that border Lamington National Park.
The owners wanted to create a polarising space that allowed guests to experience the outdoors but also retreat inside to a little bit of country glam. The building was once a functioning dairy so the outdoor area was converted to a kitchen and lounge area. The bedroom was designed a bit more upmarket than what is typical of a farmstay which guests travelling from Brisbane or the Gold Coast will appreciate.
