We have made every effort to display our products’ colours and images as accurately as possible on our website. Pricing and Payment Methods
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We take great care to avoid errors in pricing and product information. However, if mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We accept various payment methods, including credit card (Visa & Mastercard), Paypal, Apple Pay, and GPay.
Services and Pricing
Please note that the pricing for all our services is exclusive of GST.
Our design pricing is presented on a per-room basis. Kindly be aware that we do not provide itemized costs for individually selected items.
Delivery fees are subject to variation depending on the location of delivery. We currently offer delivery services to the capital cities and surrounding areas of QLD, NSW, and VIC. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us for further information. Our third-party transport company delivers orders on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during business hours. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we will notify you and provide a morning delivery window via a notification.
We take great care to ensure that all of our products are thoroughly inspected before being dispatched. However, if any damage occurs during transport, we require notification within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage if we are not notified within the specified time period.
